Managing Damp & Mould

Keep your home well ventilated, especially in kitchen and bathroom areas, to reduce condensation which can lead to problems with damp and mould. Heating your home at a low level can also keep moisture levels in check. Please make us aware if you are concerned about any damp or mould in your property

Reporting Any Leaks

Report any issues you experience in relation to water leaks or problems with electricity or heating.If you have a significant leak turn off the water and call 01695 372 111.

Electrical Issues & Power Outages

If you have lost electrical power, you can also contact the National Power Cut Helpline on 105 to check if there is an outage in your local area. Appliances can sometimes cause electricity to cut out. You could try turning off appliances before resetting the fuse board and then restarting them one by one to determine if any are the cause of the issue. If your electricity stays on when all appliances are turned off, this is the most likely source. Ensure there is credit on any prepayment meters for gas and electricity in case they require topping up.
